EDUCATIONAL RESOURCES
For the Schools
We host field trips and classroom visits.
Collaborating with the Pacific Education Institute, biologists and naturalists from the Deartment of Fish and Wildlife, and other education-oriented organizations, we are producing EALR-compatible lesson plans and materials.  Our volunteers are happy to assist you with ways to learn about the elk herd.

For the Community
The elk group also produces a number of seasonal programs about the elk for the community in conjuction with the Meadowbrook Farm Preservation Association and the Department of Fish and Wildlife.  Registration and schedule information for these classes are published in the
Si View Metropolitan Parks District bulletin.
